  1. It is really cool. Actually, with the proper technique you can do this on almost any hill. You really have to commit to the turn and the initiaion, but it really gets you around fast and hard.
  2. I have very wide feet in a size 27 as well. I ride in the Raichle's with a 27. The standard liners that they came with made my feet really pinched because the shells are somewhat narrow. When I switched to thermoforms things were great. I highly recommend the thermos for comfort. I don't know if Head has wider boots, but I've never found a ski/hardboot that was wide enough for my foot to be really comfortable until I put thermos in them.
  3. I don't know about lenses specific for your glasses, but Rudy Project makes some great glasses with Rx inserts. Just do a search for Rudy project in google and it'll bring up their site along with their Rx site.

  5. HEy Roach.... There are a bunch of us who ride regularily at Tyrol BAsin just west of Madsion. In fact we have at least 20 of us that race in an adult race league on Monday nights. Drop me an -mail if you are coming to the area, or if you would be interested in racing with us on Mondays. Granite Peak(formerly Rib Mtn) has great terrain. They still don't have much for lighting so most of it is closed at night, but I think they are supposed to add more this year. Its a great place to go if you don't want to spend all the time to get to the UP. :D
