  1. Thanks for the input! I saw some pictures of different Reto's on Bomber, some with some serious under-hang, so I'm definitely going to have to play with it a while to get it dialed in, but I'm looking forward to playing with it this year. Now all we need is snow :)
  2. I had a chance to pick up an almost new 03-04 Reto Lamm LSD 164 at the end of last season, but haven't had a chance to set it up nor take it for a spin. I read over some of the older posts on the Reto in trying to figure out what y'all were riding in terms of type of bindings (hard/soft) and stance angle/width. I'm 5'10", 180lbs, size 10.5 feet, and I'm leaning toward starting with a hard boot bindings with angles close to what I ride for my carving boards, but I also thought about setting it up with a soft boot bindings with Palmer Risers to minimize toe drag. Please let me know what you found to be the "Sweet Spot" set up for the Reto Lamm LSD. Any input would be much appreciated! Goro
  3. Got the 2nd Board Kit Yesterday! Thanks you!! (& Bump!)
  4. No problem! I'm going through a "purging Burtons from my Quiver" phase myself. I ride up at Roundtop & Whitetail, although I didn't make it out as much as I wanted to this winter. The Donek I bought here this year didin't make it out... :( Hope to see you out next year, and let me know if you'll be out and about. PS: check out the link below for getting in contact with carvers in the Mid Atlantic: http://www.nosila.net/mailman/listinfo/mac
  5. I have a Burton Ultra Prime 162 (see my profile picture) as well as a pair of Burton Race Step-ins. The board is as new as they come, with shadow of the spec sheet sticker still visible on the base, and bindings are also in great shape. PM me or post a message here if you're interested. I'm live in Baltimore. Goro
  6. Enjoy the bindings! Thanks for a smooth transaction, and have a good season!
  7. Sold! Thanks Ruwi! Enjoy the bindings!
  8. SOLD! A pair of used Burton Race Physics Bindings from 2000 (my guess). They are in very good condition that I just pulled from a used board that you can still see the shadow of the factory sticker. (Seller said that the set up was ridden maybe 3 days before user figure that the board was too big...) You get what you see in the picture (bindings, 3D plates, plus mounting screws), and looking for $100.00 shipped to US. Probably best for people with a Physics set-up (toe & heel mechanisms) looking for a 2nd pair for another board. Contact me via this posting or PM if you're interested. Thanks! Goro
  9. I have a 01 Burton Factory Prime 178 w/ Burton Race Step-in bindings that I can part with. You can see the picture of the board in my profile picture. I live in Baltimore, and work near BWI, so PM me if you're interested. Thanks! Goro
  10. The leaves are starting to turn in some places, and the upcoming snowboarding season is almost upon us! I have more wax than I can ever use, and I figured there's a lot of people on this forum that take great care of their equipment, so here's some Swix Glidewax for sale for the upcoming riding season. Set of 3 Swix LF Low Fluorocarbon Glide Racing Wax LF6 (21F/10F) 60g/2.1oz LF7 (28F/18F) 60g/2.1oz LF8 (34F/25F) 60g/2.1oz $55 for the set of 3 (Incl Shipping) Set of 3 Swix CH Hydrocarbon Glide Wax CH6 (21F/10F) 60g/2.1oz CH7 (28F/18F) 60g/2.1oz CH8 (34F/25F) 60g/2.1oz $21 for the set of 3 (Incl Shipping) I will also throw in a Burton Triangle Wax Scraper with every set of 3 LF or CH wax sold. 11. I'm looking for a Donek Freecarve II (with the 19.5 cm waist), preferably between 167-175 cm, or something that is a close equivalent. Please drop me a line if you have one that you are looking to part with. Thanks!
  12. Seasons Greetings! I have a pair of like new Burton Wind Boots, the shell size stamped on the ankle is 27.5-28, size stamped at the shin is 27.5-29, liner is 28. I am looking to trade for a pair that is a size larger, with 28.5 liner, and shell that is at least a size larger than my current pair. I bought these new and ridden twice so they are as new as they come. Please e-mail me if you have any questions. Please help me retire my old Reactors, duct tape and all! :)

  15. I don't know about the change in specs between a 98 and an 00, but I would imagine that it would be minimal. The board has definitely seen use, first as a demo, and during the time that I used it. The board still has camber, and came fully repaired and tuned when I bought it at the Burton factory store in Burlington, so a full tune up would get it back to shape. I do love the board as well, as it has been my only soft board set up for the past few years, especially in the PM after the whole mountain gets chopped up. I am selling because I need something a bit wider, as I would love to ride something that would allow my 10.5 size feet to ride with lower angles. (and my wife would not let me add to my collection until I thin the quiver.) Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thanks!
  16. Also for sale, 1998 Burton Johan 163, with Burton Freestyle Bindings (Size Large) About 4-5 seasons of use as afternoon slush board, signs of base repair, but is in good condition, maintained and stored over the summer w/ storage wax. $100 w/bindings, $60.00 w/o bindings plus shipping. Also, the Alp posted earlier will be sold with a pair of used Burton Carrier Bindings for the same price. Please e-mail me if you have any questions. Thanks Goro
  17. Here are additional pictures of the Burton Carrier Bindings included w/ the Alp, and pictures of the Burton Johan 163. Please see top thread for information, and please contact me if you require additional information. Thank you.
  18. The specs for the board are as follows: Length: 163cm Effective Edge: 141cm Waist Width: 21cm Sidecut Radius: 9.53m Recommended Rider Weight: 130-200lbs Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks! Goro
  19. For Sale: 97 Burton Alp 163 I am the original owner of this board, moved soon after purchasing the board, and ridden a total of 3 years as I moved to places of warmer climates soon after purchasing the board. This board was mainly ridden during the winters of 2004 and 2005, and this board has plenty of camber/life left in the board, and great for someone wanting to try out carving, or an early season rock board. I am selling this as this one does not get any use, and having a wall full of snowboards in the living room is not my wife's idea of home décor, and I can not add any more toys before selling some of the older boards so please help me out! This board has been waxed and maintained on a regular basis, and currently has a coat of storage wax. It has no core shots, one slight indentation on the edge but is barely noticeable and will not effect the ride. The base of the board is not concave as seen in some of Alps. Specs: Length: 163cm Effective Edge: 141cm Waist Width: 21cm Recommended Rider Weight: 130-200lbs * With the Alp, I will also include a pair of Burton Carrier Plate Bindings. Comes w/ 3d plates, 5 washers and 6 screws. Toe bale for one of the bindings will need to be replaced. Pictures can be found in the thread below. $75.00 plus shipping OBO Please e-mail me if you have any questions. Thanks Goro
