Hi all, speaking as an engineer riding TD1s it seems to me that a simple bit of cheap insurance to ensure your shoulder bolts don't loosen up on you is to use a bit of medium-strength loctite on assembly. With the medium strength you can still get it apart later, but the bolt is much less likely to loosen from the repetative loading and thermal cycling these parts experience. It is true you need to be careful not to get any loctite on the bail to bolt surface, but if you get the newer loctite gel stuff its a bit easier. Perhaps I am missing something here? In any case, I check that all the bolts are tight on my bindings every couple of ride days, takes all of 30 seconds. Phil.

Hi all, this is my first post to bomberonline. For sale or trade, new, still in plastic, Rossi 190 world cup. (measurements, 190 cm and about 233/190/230mm t/w/t) I recieved this board as a Christmas gift this year. I presume its circa 2001? However, I weigh 165, currently ride a rossi 163, am awaiting arival of a new 171 donek FC II (on order :D ), and frankly, for the places I ride the rossi 190 scares me silly:freak3: . I would like to sell, trade, or trade in part, the rossi for something more my speed. Some possibilities: TD2s, cateks, 26.5-27 boots, perhaps AF600 or Suzukas (I presently ride on 324s), perhaps an all mountain board or another free carve board, high 160s low 170s. I'm open to suggestions. I'll start the board at $250 US, buyer pays shipping, but in keeping with what I have seen of the bomber community spirt, I would prefer a good trade. Pics available if required, but the only flaws I can see (I want to be fully up front) are a few small spots of discolouration (minor rusting) on the edges (from storage), In my opinion they would be gone with the first tune. thanks, Phil.
