I've been looking out my window at work all this week and the weather once again is perfect but I can't leave work. We were talking about running and runner's high and how you don't get it biking or swimming.... Randy, the guy who operated on me, kept on throwing on "snowboarding????" I wouldn't answer-he broke his neck in the half-pipe and I can tell he still joneses.... I'm still telling him my ankle hurts....I'm not going to tell him that I ride in 4 days....
