Mr.E
So I'm trying to save a set of AT boots. Seems even 4 buckle boots have short cuffs in AT world, so I'm doing a fair bit of modification. What company makes the tallest thermo liners? I have a set of Raichles that are a bit taller then my rather old Intuition. Does anybody know how the Black Diamond ones compare? Other options? RJ-PS
Don't know nothin about 'em, but I saw these http://www.sierratradingpost.com/xq/asp/base_no.74589/dept_id./est./qx/product.htm and they looked like a possibility, esp. the price. Good luck!
Mr.E
Thanks RJ- They look like nice liners, but are shorter then the Raichles by 2 or 3 inches. Nice for folks with three buckle boots, but I'm in the process of adding a 5th upper cuff strap to exten the cuff height.
Bordy
By a mondo point size bigger and pull the bladder up when you mold it.
Guest Randy S.
You should check with Dave Morgan at www.yyzcanuck.com. He sells a few different kinds and seems to know this stuff cold.
