nekdut Posted April 19, 2005 Report Share Posted April 19, 2005 I was just there this past weekend and it was quite warm. That made for rock hard conditions until about 10:30, good carving snow until 12:30 or so, then it got pretty wet and slushy until the sun started to go down. Mashed potatoes after that. The whole mountain was open so you could follow the sun around from Eagle and go eastward to keep up with the best snow. There is still an absurd amount of snow up there though. I walked right from the snow onto the main lodge sun deck (2nd story)!! The jump rock under chair 1 is also completely buried. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
