David Kirk Posted April 30, 2018 Author Report Share Posted April 30, 2018 Typically one can see where any inserts are by looking at the base at a very low angle. There is almost always a very slight indentation of the p-tex where the insert is positioned. It would seem that Kessler is currently making boards with 4x2 and UPM as standard and I see no issue with this in terms of strength or durability.
