gbeckett Posted December 11, 2015 Report Share Posted December 11, 2015 Hi folks, I'm switching from hard to soft boots due to a pretty bad tib/fib compound spiral break at boot-top season before last & I don't want to pressure that same area of the leg. So I ordered an F2 Carbon Eliminator as a starting point, 158. My bindings are Burton cartels, and soft-boots are Ride Insanos (pretty stiff). I figured I'd stick the bindings on the recommended mounting lines, pick some moderate angles to start (maybe start 30/15). RobertAlexander Posted December 11, 2015 Report Share Posted December 11, 2015 When I showed my son how to softboot,, I rode sofboots at 45/45, and it carved well, worked fine for me.
