Longboarder09
Hey everyone, Sorry for the newbie question here, but can anyone explain to me how to adjust the 5 position lean forward mechanism on Deeluxe Track boots? I tried looking at the manual, but it doesn't seem to give instructions. Thank you!
Free Carver
Ok I will try to explain. If you flip the lever down you can forward lean the boot to any of the 5 positions. If you move the lever back up it will lock the position that you have selected. If you turn the dial instead of locking the lever then the boot will flex up to the position that you have selected.....Hope this helps :)
bruincounselor
Get yourself a BTS. Best improvement in my riding for the $$. Made my 700's into twice the boot. $ .
Neil Gendzwill
AKA "drink and drive" lever. Information here, scroll down to "Factory Standard lean adjusters". Just above that is a discussion on the BTS. To expand on the discussion in the link, with your foot in the boot, flip the lever down and then flex the boot to the position you want. Flip the lever up and give a bit of a wiggle, it should lock in place. Lever down is walk mode, boot flexes back and forth freely. Lever down with the dial sideways is powder mode, boot flexes between positions 1 and 3. Edited January 14, 2015 by Neil Gendzwill
