lowrider Posted December 29, 2014 Report Share Posted December 29, 2014 I will probably get berated for suggesting this but a new metal heel receiver has the same hole spacing as the old aluminum td1's you just need to use longer smaller dia. mounting screws (10 mm dia.) and use lock nuts on the bottom. Rather than using the threads in the base plate. Hope this helps. The metal receivers are a lot more user friendly as they click in with a much more positive feel.
