mo_writer
I'm thinking of riding here next weekend. How is it for carving? Also, do they have a good beginner area and a good chair lift for beginners (my daughter)?
lonbordin
Fine for carving. The whole hill is a good beginners area. I don't remember if any lifts are better but some lifts do have tricky exits. You'll get a lot of questions... keep an eye on the radar, we look to be getting some ice later Saturday. ... Whoops
mo_writer
No worries about ice this weekend. I'm looking into going next weekend (March 9th and 10th). Fine for carving. lonbordin
That's their spring carnival! I've never been but heard it's very well attended, i.e. crowded like crazy! Good luck!
lonbordin
Came home and found out my spouse had bought us tickets to Perfect... The kid is driving and we'll arrive in about 30 minutes.
lonbordin
Conditions are much better here... It was a great day with my son... soft but not sticky. Even got the ole' hotrod to hook up on some toe-side carves... that cambered nose and tail will slow you down in a hurry.
