It's from the era when K2 bought Marker's board manufacturing maybe 20 years ago? I wonder if the graphic was a promotion for something? The Marker is wide and soft - even by freestyle standards. It definitely looks like something I saw in Sports Mart years ago, about the time they stocked Marker boards. The base design looks of that period, and the colors look Marker.
