mbedle Posted November 28, 2013 Report Share Posted November 28, 2013 Two good places near you. Greek Peak is the closest (over near 81/south of Cortland, should be about an hour). They have new owners this year and hopefully will be better at getting the most terrain open sooner than last year. Plattekill over near Roxbury (about an hour and 45) is a great place that skies like a big mountain, but a little bit further away from you. Take care. When I lived in Oneonta NY it was about 35 min away if I remember correctly.
