Randy Kight
Have the TD3 Sidewinders still mounted from last season sitting in my garage. To keep things as supple as possible (yellow e-rings, blue e-pads), do you guys back off the mount a little, or completely remove the bindings from the board over the summer? Don't want the material to dry/brittle/rot over the summer.. Thanks, Randy
fin
Randy, You have no worries with the e-ring material as far as drying out or rotting. It is a very tough material that we spec for that and in the years we have used had no issues with degrading. That said, the board guys might have something to say about leaving bindings on for extended times. Bottom line, I would just loosen the screws and remove the tension and not have to worry about it. BUT, make sure to tighten before use again!
