fin Posted February 5, 2013 Report Share Posted February 5, 2013 Well, made the yearly trip down to Denver for the SIA (Snow Sports America) show to make sure there was absolutely no alpine snowboarding gear :rolleyes: More than anything, just get to see some old friends and maybe see something cool. Best part was seeing Terry Kidwell walking down the hall with his board! And that board was just made a few days earlier. Retro. I mentioned I had met him back in the late 80's when I was working as a snowboard instructor at Homewood, Lake Tahoe. Nice guy then, nice guy still. Sean with Donek met us there and we did have a beer with the all mighty Chris Prior at his booth. The only booth might I add with some carving sticks in it.
