michaelwlambert
A great top sheeted board with UPM and 4x4 mounts on it. Good as a race board or a free ride board. $
jskyhawk
What is the flex on this? recommended rider weight?
michaelwlambert
Flex is going to be good for a rider of 150 - 185 pounds. Its easy to handle the board. I've never been one to build crazy stiff boards.
jskyhawk
Probably not suited for a heavyweight like myself I'm 215+ lbs.
michaelwlambert
it depends on how you ride. keep in mind the way that I treat a board vs you. This is where the way the boards are designed becomes blurred. Im not saying this in a rude way but even being 40lbs heavier than me I still probably push a board harder than you. Of all the SL boards I have this one would handle weight the best. Its deff stiffer than most donek, coilers etc.
boardguru
What is the asking price?
kmartshopper
Is that standard for kesslers to have just one set of standard binding mounts, or is that custom?
michaelwlambert
asking price is $900. Its at the bottom right of the photo. Custom. Ive found its the optimal place for them to be ridden.
iLikeSnow
Are those dark spots in the back binding location extra holes for miss-drills or just dirt and scratches?
bigwavedave
Top sheet material on these boards? p-tex, metal, hard to tell in the photos, looks like some of each? Waist width? Stance width on boards with 4x4 inserts? Do you know if there are 4x4 inserts/mounts under the top sheets of all boards listed?
jskyhawk
I received the Kessler SL yesterday and it is mint. The base had already been precision tuned and Mike had some really slick hot wax job on there. The base is perfect, zero blemishes or scratches. Good sale Mike! Thanks again! What wax did you use on this board? I rode it last night and this thing really moves.
Apex Insider
Nice score. That's an $1,800 board before shipping and taxes. And Michael takes care of his equipment.
