I have a set of Raichle 125 shells in lightly used condition, size 26-26.5, plus some never used 26.0 non-thermo liners. I just saw a pair of 25.5 boots, think they were Raichle's, in a consignment shop in Glenwood Springs, CO. I imagine they'd be willing to send them to you, and I seem to recall price was around $30-40? I believe the shop's site is http://thegearexchange.blogspot.com/ -- contact info is there. HTH,
