bschurman
Does anyone know of a source for M6 stainless t-nuts? All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, ->Ben
Pat Donnelly
Try www.mcmaster.com When I replaced out my phillip head heel screws with stainless steel bolts I used teflon tape to secure as well as insurance for oxidation. Hagen
...as so often the answer is in the carver's almanac in the parts section.
bschurman
Thanks for the pointers. I finally found them on McMasterCarr. They are under tee nuts and not t-nuts which throws off the search engine over there. Anyway, they don't have stainless in metric so I am going with the zinc plated ones and I'll hope there isn't too much corrosion. Thanks, ->Ben
trikerdad
Bob is right about going standard. You can find stainless T nuts at your local Ace Hardware. I just did that today to replace the cuff cant adjustsment nuts and screws to my UPZ's.
