What's the big deal with carbon fiber?

could be titanium oxide

;)

Aluminum oxide is a white powder, if it were Iron oxide it would be a rust colorer powder, what color is titanium oxide?

Any way there's no big deal about carbon fiber, it's been around since the 70's show, it dampens better than fiberglass but less then titanal(and zylon), resists torsional twist better than fiberglass but less so than titanal.

So is the next question "What's the big deal with tit anal?"

you may well be right. i cribbed it from hardbooter.com, which mentioned nothing about titanium being an alloying component. none of the other literature available (that i've found) does.

the spirit of what you said was correct, but a more appropriate way to say it is: while titanium may be present in trace amounts, it is not one of the primary alloying elements in Titanal.
