patmoore
The US took the top two places in the Downhill at Vail today as Bodie Miller took Gold and Daron Rahlves the Silver. Byron Friedman finished a very respectable 7th beating the Herminator by 3 places. Check it out! Bodie was second in yesterday's Super G giving him four wins in his first five races. Go USA!!! Matty F.
Bode is now skiing on Atomics. Does anyone think that the new sponsor have anything to do with the great start of the season? I read someplace that he switched skis because he wanted to have the fastest skis on the hill. It's great to see Sugarloaf well represented on the international scene. GO BODE!! So if we put the US team on Kessler would we dominate the SB podium? I wonder. I never did get that Kessler from the classifieds listing. Where'd that guy go? Back to Europe no doubt. I really want to see if its all the boards, or if those Swiss guys are just damned fast. They're certainly shredding the competition on the Kessler boards. They are allowed to go in and pull the fastest of the fast skis.
