Guest Posted December 4, 2010 Report Posted December 4, 2010 not that I recommend jack frost/big boulder, but if anyone is absolutely desperate to get on some snow, I believe they are open now. Might just be terrain parks from what I can tell, maybe a trail or two. If I'm feeling really bold I might go tomorrow morning and fight the parksters haha. http://www.jfbb.com/explore/snow-reports Elk? where are you...? Blue hasn't even updated their website, anyone hear anything? Camelback looks like it will be opening soon Quote
Guest Posted December 4, 2010 Report Posted December 4, 2010 i'm going tomorrow, haha. There are a few slopes open, most of them terrain parks. One terrain park has no features, however. I'm figuring that everyone there will be on the feature trails, and I can play around on the "boring" one. yay Quote
teach Posted December 7, 2010 Report Posted December 7, 2010 Nice to see you there, Nick! I was really happy to find it open with decent snow even! Blue Mt opens Friday... pretty sure I'll be there Sat first thing... but then I'm always an optimist. I was riding an Oxygen board (not a Proton) which really worked well for avoiding people, even with no stance tweaking. I got it cheap as a rock board but I think now it's a keeper, great for crowded days you're forced to ride. Quote
