teach
Fantastic soft boots for carving, freeride, really most anything not involving buttering things. I bought these a month ago here (for $175). The original seller used them for 5 runs. I used them for about as many, not more than 2 hours on the snow. New condition. They're really nice except 1) not enough better than my Northwave Decades for me to justify in light of 2) having just spent $$ on TD2s and smaller AF700s and 3) they're a little wide for me, and maybe even a little big. I have narrow heels, high instep type foot. (Nevertheless, thanks to the solid heel hold-down, heel lift isn't a problem.) They're much lighter than you'd expect for some of the stiffest boots out there, and very comfortable. Hard to find on clearance (I looked last year). $150 shipped in contiguous 48. If I had $$$ I'd try these in 29.5 and have the Northwaves for backup. (I also have a really nice freeride board to sell -- last year's Never Summer Premier F1 168. There's a classified for it a week back or so; just search. Also Ride SPi bindings, size XL. )
