boostertwo
These guys carve an icy pipe wall, throw a big spin, and upon landing cleanly carve to the next hit. <center> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://blip.tv/scripts/pokkariPlayer.js?ver=2008010901"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="http://blip.tv/syndication/write_player?skin=js&posts_id=1667146&source=3&autoplay=true&file_type=wmv&player_width=640&player_height=480"></script> <div id="blip_movie_content_1667146"> <a rel="enclosure" href="http://blip.tv/file/get/Snowfun4you-morePipeAction746.wmv" onclick="play_blip_movie_1667146(); return false;"><img title="Click to play. 2x click for full screen." alt="Video thumbnail. KingCrimson
Boostertwo- This is completely off topic, but I have to ask. You seem like you're big into freestyle and softbooting, but you seem like an incredible soft boot carver. I'm curious..Who are you? What's your story? willywhit
saw Bud Keene in the backround up top watchin it live on tv sunday KC, Dr Hart wrote this great american novel http://www.amazon.com/Snowboard-Book-Guide-All-Boarders/dp/0393316920
KingCrimson
My school library has that book..Better return that book I took out in September and give it a look-see. Kinda surprising the great selection of skate, surf, and snow books we have. There's a book I "lost" because I found out it was out of print, shows a lot of cool older alpine gear in it. Variplates etc.

boostertwo
Boostertwo..Who are you? What's your story?According to my colleagues, I'm a creaky old fart with bad attitude.I've been riding for a bunch of years and have been fortunate with some career opportunities w/in the industry. I often teach snowboarding, and am lucky to live and work at a great place (Vail) and to occasionally videotape some very accomplished riders. <img src="http://i41.tinypic.com/6sxgmu.jpg" border="0" alt="Spike Eisenman, FS 180 to switch carved, Vail, CO."> While I'm mostly riding powder in softies these days (it has been a snowy winter, so far), I get out on carving gear when conditions warrant. I like to visit BOL for the knowledge and tech discussions here. IMO it's one of the best snowboarding sites on the internets. Cheers, B-
