I checked with the admins here and we did not remove that thread. Who ever started it took it off. If you go to the thread you started and hit edit you will notice you have a box up top that says "delete". Hit that and no more thread. I think this is a great option as the person who started the thread might have asked a legitimate question but then the thread goes WAY off track or gets high-jacked by some kook(s).
