Jon Dahl
Went to Mission Ridge today and rode the WRD aka the white ribbon of death. Wasn't too bad, except for all the side slipping gapers that scraped all the good snow down to the rocks in places. Kinda makes carving hard when you have to stay clear of the rocks and plow through the piles. Got a finger waving from ski patrol in a slow zone...I HAD slowed down, too! A lot...so I practiced my fakie carving..

Thats what I do when finger wags. Love to butter 3s,5s,& 7s past the slow sign after decelerating a big switchcarve. Maybe next weekend at schwietzer I can make some turns dodgin' thru the gaper gauntlet. <!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

Tim W
This current system should thankfully go goodbye on Friday. It is going to be cold and wet in the NW. Finally!
