wavechaser Posted December 28, 2007 Report Share Posted December 28, 2007 I want to thank everyone who volunteers their service to us, and/or puts their life on the line every day, to provide us safety and security, the greatest gifts. Without them, the other gifts we may receive - be they material, spiritual, or otherwise - would mean nothing. To all the military, firemen, police, coast guard, search & rescue personnel, and the like - THANK YOU for a wonderful year!! To those who lost loved ones performing those duties...you are in my thoughts and prayers very much at this time of year. As a friend of mine likes to say - "Every day is a gift...so rip it open like a five year old at Christmas!"
