They have been used for a number of years and are scratched and scuffed. 4 Buckle boots with the power strap on the liner. One power strap is ripped of (and gone) the other is ripping. All buckles work good, one or two are a bit loosely mounted (need to pound the rivets), One bolt missing on the tow strap (easily gotten from a hardware store). Buyer to pay shipping.
