Guest Tem73
I needs some help from my fellow carvers, I currently have a wonderful Burton Factory Prime 180s with TD2s what a wonderful time I have with this. My problem is it has stress fractures along the top from 10 years of ridding. Im looking for something that will be simular? what do you all think:biggthump
ASU_snowdevil
Might as well get another for cheap at www.klugriding.com if you like it so much.
Sinecure
The cracks in the clearcoat of the topsheet are very common for that board. I had them in mine after one season. I did find the board got kinda flat after a few seasons of hard riding though, so I would suggest considering a new board anyway. I was so psyched when I went from a 178 FP to a 171 Donek Freecarve I. I still have the Donek although its starting to get a little flat since it has well over 100 days on it (maybe more since its like 4 seasons old). I'll be replacing it soon, with another one. Guest Tem73
Thanks for the replies, I will look at klugs, are those boards in good shape or will they be well used? I'm alittle nervous about what shape there in.Thanks Again, Tom M
tex1230
the boards from Klug are factory seconds - old stock that Burton never sold. Sol yes, they are new (unused), but are 7-8 years old. If it's not about the money, buy a donek/coiler/prior/any other modern board
