twice, and both times it was rather inconvenient! A system like that would have to be VERY well thought out and like you said, both would have to go at the same time.
My binding accidentially released yesterday. I would rather not have a releseable binding. I dont think that after a fall seeing your board go down the run would be a pleasent sight.

Ill be at The Canyons the last week in march. I wanted to see if there is going to be any other carvers out there that week.

So has anyone tried out the shorter Dupraz D1?
I like the way my Tanker 172 carves on groomers. But in powder, moguls and chopped up snow, I prefer my Osin 4807 168. The Dupraz looks like it will carve as well as the Tanker and handle powder as well as the Osin.
The Dupraz D1 6' (180cm?) just seems too long for me. It also looks like it would be hard to handle in the moguls.
At 5'7", 135 lb, the shorter Dupraz seems like a better fit for me.
Hey, Im a little taller and lighter than you and i ride the 180cm. Even though it is really big, it has a 122cm cm so it feels like youre riding a short board. I think the shorter dupraz would be too small for you.
just my 2 cents

I should get that for my snow withdrawl syndrome when i am down in florida next year.

Thats a great idea but, getting flight into SLC is easy and its close to the mountains. Colorado also has flights into Hayden and Eagle which is nice. I dont really know how to get to heavenly or mamoth.Do you fly to Reno?

That sucks, but on the bright side at least you know you were riding hard.

anybody have any reviews for the silberpfeil? I currently have a coiler sl and would love to have this board just to look at. .
oh yeh, I'd probably have to ride it at some point and hope that it would chop a huge lazy greasy arc on groomed with a smaller trench about 4 feet uphill caused by my tounge dragging..
i love my silberfeil and i have had it for a few years. I am sad i wont be using it much year:(.if you get the chance to ride one, go for it

I have the Dupraz 6'. Yeah it was a lot of $ but so worth it just for the incredible float it gives you.
