  1. I'll be there tomorrow(@Blue)....I'll be riding my R17(I think it's too early to bring out my new Coilers). Say Hi if anybody see me.
  2. Alright! I'm going to try with TD2. Thanks everybody
  3. I was wondering if my boots with Intec heels can be used with standard bail bindings. I've noticed that Intec pins might be the problem or thickness of the heels. Anybody experienced any problems? I've never used bail in my life(used stepins all the time) And want to try out how they are compare to Stepins. Linus
  4. If you can't solve the problem with your malamutes, let me know. I have a friend that might be interested.
  5. Owned....Seem like there was someone in front of me....Oh well... :D
  6. this is the good thing about being in the cube at 7am in the morning... :D
  7. At least you didn't get your ticket cut off by a patroller. I did last season. I think they are trained to be dumb by Intrawest. BTW, do you guys ride a lot at Blue? I'll be there often this season since I was forced to buy my season pass this season. Let's ride togather sometime.....I'll be upthere this thursday or friday. peace
  8. My opinion is totally opposite of MikeT's..... I tried Suzukas 2years ago and hated them(ratchet, flex and just about everything) That was the reason I didn't switch over my old Burton Winds. This season, I just got my HEAD Stratos Pro and they were the most comfortable boots I have ever tried on. Yesterday was my first day out with the boots and I didn't feel any pain anywhere. And guess what? I didn't even mold the liners. They have THE PERFECT FLEX, Walk mode and spring system works great. And their buckles are very similar to HEAD's highend ski boots buckles so they are also superb. I think you should try both of them and see how you like them. You will instantly notice which one is more for you as soon as you put them on. I have standard shaped but thin feet FYI. For now, I love HEAD boots. :D
  9. That's not right. Even if you are buy ONE piece of equipment, you are still a customer. They need to respond quickly if they want to survive in the business. I don't care how many orders are waiting but I've never had late response with my 1 and half year waiting with Bruce at Coiler. I probably can't afford one for a while but probably won't buy one if they ignore one email from me.
  10. Mine broke 3 times. It wasn't the hook, it was the two bolts that hold the hooks to the base. Anyway, speed physic was great but TD was much rigid to me than speed hooks. Hope you like them. They do work pretty well if you don't have problem with heels(they tend to stuck with binding if there is snow in between your heels and binding.) Goodluck
  11. Seriously.....some people have way too much free time~~ I like the music....I guess it's about time you hear Trans-Siberian Orchestra from radio stations...
  12. You are same height as I'm....just 60lbs lighter!!! I think 170 will be good size.....
  13. Bob, My concern with straps are not because of their durability. I want to be able to crank them up. Prolly Deeluxe's Themoflex liner is better than HEAD's liner though.......
  14. Thank you guys.... What about stiffness? Are they equivalent? By looking at them, UPZ looks way too stiff. I don't like stiff boots.
  15. Hello~ I need some feedbacks on both UPZ and HEAD boots. I'm getting a new pair of boots this christmas :D and I want to know which boots is better for me. I don't want Deeluxe because of their plastic straps. I'm 25 year old male, 177~183lbs, 5'11", intermediate carver. I have 270mm normal width feet. I'm not a racer(because I suck :p ), just an another addicted freecarver that go nuts when it comes to snowboarding :D So......What do you think? Did anybody try both boots? How's half moldable liner in HEAD? How stiff is UPZ? Thx in advance
  16. I wanted actual address but I guess these will work....Thank you :D :D
  17. Does anyone know a good proxy server that I can use? All of the servers that I've been using went down last week. and I'm bored!. Hook me up with fast, low latency servers PLZ~~ :D :D
  18. They called it a Super Safari base if I remember correctly......I also thought that they look cool And still wondering how did they build that base? Are they die-cut base or just mixed when base materials get compressed?
  19. If they are stock liner you are going to need one size larger than your mondo size. Also it's not safe for the oven. I also use Winds(have two pair) and their liners really suck. You will suffer with stock liners so just go get a pair of moldable liner. You won't notice the pain until you ride them. Other than the liner, they are really good boots. Good luck
  20. Wind and Fire models are good if you have moldable liner. I love Wind so much that I own two pair of them. Ice and Earth were too soft and one of them had 3 buckles which is for me. I highly recommend to get moldable liner or you will suffer.....
