  1. Nash you still breathing?

  2. Also could check out the starthaus in Truckee, Ca. I know it's not close, But they do a fair a mount of boards.
  3. There is alot more to it than just electrical work. The big thing is temp control and lenght of time for each wax cycle depending on how hard or soft the wax and cooling fans.
  4. If you don't know what your doing you can burn you house or garage down very quick. This past season a person in tahoe melted a bunch of friends race skis and almost lost there house (oh and he had to replace all his friends skis) . I don't recomend hot boxing unless you fully understand what your doing.
  5. WE CAN THANK BURTON FOR KILLING ALPINE RACING many years ago. Don't even get me started on this one..
  6. Just wanted to check in and see if you have had the board repaired yet and if so if is holding up.
  7. If you live in Reno check with The Starthaus in Truckee. I would say they would be your best bet to get it fixed and done right.
  8. One other thing to remember the more vents you have the less protection you get. Just take off your helmet on the lift if you must vent.
  9. The poc's look really nice and fit excellent and offer a life time warranty,But I work in a shop and I never in my life seen so many helmets(poc's) come back broken swede company,But made in China. The shell's seem to be cracken when hitting gates or if you crash. Granted a helmet is only good for one inpact. My self I wish Briko was still imported into the states they are by far the best made helmets on the market plus they even offer a carbon fiber. I don't Know to much about the fit of Dainese,But there stuff is from Italy and is top dallor so my guess it's got to be good kinda like Briko. As for red/burton it's all made in China and fits ok. Troy Lee helmets are all from China as well and seem to fit pretty good.
  10. Yes, He is from Demark!!!! Having been a roommate and team/training partner of Kildy's from the very early days I can contest and say he is truely a true maverick thinking outside of the box and constantly pushing the envelope. Trust me as I have seen first hand and spent many hours discussing and debating on many different topics and not just boarding or ski stuff either.
  11. Klasson, Which was made by a guy named steve I think who was from Canada I just remember him showing up Stratton and doing well in the speed events. IF I remember right he made his own boards.
  12. Moss- from japan Scott-was after HoogerBooger Nale- Elan FUNKY- Were made in Italy and was never taking over by F2(from France) but, They sure were JUNK!!!!! I can't tell you how many I broke, I still have some old DH guns somewhere is storage. Boy I'm stumped on this one..... Sure wish I still had some old snowboard mags laying around.
  13. MikeT, I'll keep it in mind and I'll work on getting Kildy to come up sounds like a great time!!!!
