I used a set like that for three years with no problem with breaks. They fit ski or older UPS boots better than newer Raichles. With the Raichles unless they were real tight the heel would shift a little on the flat spot. Charlie

Hi I'd go with the Wire. The Wire changed to the Coil. It should have about a 21cm waist and the nose is a little soft but a good board to play with. Good Luck Charlie

TDK I'll be out of town all week , but should be back by th 21st. Hope to see you up there.

TKD Its going to be stiffer than the Hot. In your pics it looks like the bindings were mounted foward of center by the last person. By mounting foward it puts more weight foward so you start your turn easier and quicker. IF the front starts hooking move your front binding back 1/4". Charlie
-
TKD mount your front binding 1/4 to 1/2" in front of center. It will make it easier to turn. Charlie

Thanks again to Bonnie & Mike for all their work putting OES together. It was great making trenches with everyone even in 12-18" of fresh. After seeing all the trenches Sat. from the sunrise lift Mark (my diehard skier son) said he was taking up boarding so he could do that. Another Huge Thanks to everyone who helped. Charlie

Randy I took The board out yesterday, It worked great. After a few tweeks on binding placement I was able to make enough trenches at 40+mph so noone else wanted to be on that run. Thanks again Charlie

Squirrel E-mail me 3-4 days before u come down ibrussell at yahoo dot com w'll set up a time to meet and get set up. We can go up ride for a day. I'm in the northend. Wonderin were you got your board? Big5? If so I might have sold it to you. I have same in a 149 for my daughter. She's run plates on them for four years.

Hey Squirrel Try about .6 x leg inseam. your angles look good for that board, narrower board higher angles. That Bodyglove is stiffer than a lot of freestyles. What size boots do you wear? I have some 27/27.5 and an extra setup you could borrow for a day at Bogus

Scrapster Pulled my board out today. It has a progressive side cut 9.5/8.5. Took it out 1/2" over firm it locked an edge and I had to keep telling myself this was a 9m 164 and not a 13m 180. Also did great offtrail/bumbs where noone else would go.

Go with the blue springs. I'm 180# and use 125's and 323's with blue springs that I use 80% of the time. I use red springs when its super smooth and I want to push the speed limit of the board and turns. Charlie
