  1. Has anyone heard of any deals on lift tickets? My wifes mini van makes a great hotel room, but I can't stomach paying $100 for a lift ticket. it was free when I lived/worked there and $50 when I worked for Sport Chalet on employee ticket deals.
  2. Looks like I may be out for Sunday. The wife is having a fit that I want to go boarding and she wants to go to the beach. Mind you, I made plans to board a week ago and she decided she wants to go to the beach Tuesday night. Not sure how I am in trouble since she knew I already had plans, but that married life for you! Maybe still in, maybe out. Will know by Friday.
  3. Can't wait to watch you tear it up on softies Lance. I feel confident in my ability to carve in soft boots, but I am looking forward to taking it to a higher level learning from you.
  4. "Wow!" 87 degrees in Valencia right now! Lance and George; should we bring snowboards or surfboards to Mtn. High this weekend? This heat can't be good for our snow. Although, it was 29 degrees on my drive in today. Sooooo, they can make snow at night, but I doubt they are this late in the season. No matter, I am still planning on making the most of the weekends boarding. Anyone interested in my "Carpool to Mammoth in April" idea? Spring boarding/corn snow/mexican food/Mammoth-nothing better. We can pack into a Motel 6 room to keep lodging costs at a minimum.
  5. Excellent! A photographer? The pressure is on to perform now. Lets just hope there is some snow left to carve on with the high temps this week. Also, we should be looking at doing an mid to late April/carpool/all-in/Mammoth trip. Leave Friday afternoon, board Saturday, board Sunday, home that night. I bet we can get a deal on lift tickets with a small group for that time of year. Who is in????? See you Saturday Lance!
  6. Ok, sounds good. let me know what you find out. Sorry about the ankle. I hope you can do this weekend. Good luck and take it easy on that ankle.
  7. Hey there, How are you? Hope you are having a great season. Well, the only thing I can tell you is that the taller of the two options is about 1" at the tallest point (7 degree cant). The one I am looking for is a "3 degree cant (I think). I know there is a shorter and taller size.
  8. Hi Bryan, Sorry for the delayed reply. Had to get a mountainbike ride in. My question? It was the most technical question anyone could ask; What would you take as a bottom line price on the board/shipped? :) Sorry, I am sure you were hoping it was something fun, but just the typical, boring price question. I appreciate you being here willing to answer it though. Nice to have guys with a ton of product knowledge available.
  9. Did not make it up today. Lance said he had to park at East/board at West, so sounds to me like it was packed again. It is supposed to be smokin hot this week! Hoping there is still snow left for next Sundays get together. Sorry we did not make it up Lance.
  10. I emailed the seller twice, but no reply back.
  11. Keeping the dream alive; anyone have anything? Thanks to Jack for his reply! Appreciate it.

  16. I am running 21" on both SL and GS boards. Also running cant/lift heel/rear foot. What do you weight? Maybe too lite to decamber the big board. I am 185, so weight might have something to do with it.
  17. Hey Slopestar, Ok, sounds good. Crap, is it really 1am now? I hate this time change!!!! I want my hour of sleep back I just lost.
  18. Hey podsmasher, I pm-ed you, but not sure it went through.
  19. Hi Dieseldog5.9, Do you have pics of the boots? If Damski isn't interested, I would like to check them out. Still trying to help friends get into the sport and everyone needs boots.
