  1. I have a pair of X-Bone bindings (INTEC, non-carbon), and I'm missing one of the 8 bolts. I didn't like anything I found so far at local hardware stores as its possible replacement. Does anybody know where I can find a bolt for my X-Bone? Thanks.
  2. Another pic. (How do I post multi pic's within a single post?)
  3. It happened to my friend once on the slope (luckily at the bottom by the lift chair), and 2 of us had to rescue his left/front foot together. You might want to check the small peep hole for the cable, just in case, by making sure that the peep hole is big enough (no hard rubbing/scraping against) & smooth enough (no jagged edges). That may help to prolong the life of the cable a bit (less wear/tear). Otherwise, it should last for a while, but certainly not forever (& that's normal). Also, keep a spare handy, too. Good luck, - Hiroshi
  4. Wow, a new EC video for Christmas? I guess Santa stopped by a bit early this year via Internet! Once again, a very nice production (& smooth performance, needless to say). * Good music, as always. (I'm so glad you guys never use punk-rock or heavy-metal, which I think are over-used for numerous action-sport videos already.) * Nice shots at new/different angles. (Carving towards the camera on the ground level? Aerial view from the gondra/lift?) * Looks like Nils sent Patrice to an acting school this summer, and I can clearly see the results (00:06 ~ 00:16) for the Oscars.(Joking! :D ) * Nice "pop", Patrice! (02:16) (That's a new one for EC videos.) * Jacques doing some Extreme-Speeding ("ES"?). (02:28 ~ 02:34) Thanks for (sharing) a great holiday gift (new EC video)! - Hiroshi
  5. Uh-oh, I'm busted... :o Yes, it's true that a Shred-blessed F2 got me going, thank you. After Shred's big-old yellow 182 Speedster, I scaled down to another (used) yellow 172 Speedster. Speedster's flex was perfect for me. Then those yellow F2 sticks found a good home, as SteveD of Tahoe's "Team Speedster" still puts 'em to good work, carving up the slopes in Tahoe. ;) I got a neon-green Proton 172 because F2 changed Speedster spec. Proton's flex was quite tough the 1st season (I'm only 5'8"/150lbs), but it finally started to relax last season to my liking. So I got to humbly join Tahoe's "Team Proton" of JohnK, RobS, Jimfa and such. ("Hey, guys, wait for meeeee!") Eh, Shred, aren't you also riding on Virus and custom Doneks nowadays, by the way? "Hiroshi says Shred trader!" Just kiddin'! :D Anyway, I hope you can make it to Tahoe this year. Hey, this was my 1st Bomber post this year, and it's only October...
  6. For Sale: '02-'03 Oxygen Proton 172cm/14M for $200. http://www.oxygensnowboards.com/main.php?loc=prod&brd=C013210# Its topsheet is neon-green, and its base is black. It's in a good condition. (I've ridden it about 15 days last season, and several days this season so far.) Simply wanting to buy a different board now, but I'm not in such a rush, either. The buyer covers shipping.
