I never knew Chris Farley rode a rice burner. There's a constant rumble in the air but so far things are pretty tame. I've been camped out on rt 3 near Squam Lake with a "Show Us Your T*TS" sign and haven't had much action yet. Although I've been getting lots of dirty looks from the gray haired "On Golden Pond" wannabes driving by in their MB & BMW suv's. Looking forward to the weekend when it'll be much warmer and many more yahoos in the area. I'm still waiting to see Stevo and da wif cruise by in their "colors". Do you think that guy has a "1%er" patch??

I thought about putting small title captions at the bottom of each clip to identify riders & boards but eventually I decided to keep everyone a mystery. how do you like that intro voice ova?? I saved that vm for 7 fkn months just for this vid. it cracks me up every time I hear it!! stevo the vid has ~100 views. how many of them are by you...tinkering, then carpet surfing, then watching again....& repeat. :D

YouTube yanked my original song by Death From Above 1979 so I just picked a song at random from their song library. The song length was close to the video and it was heavy metal so it worked. I post everything on Vimeo now to avoid the audio restrictions. I finally got the ECES vid clips from Gleb last week. Between his files and my shots, we're sitting on 100+ clips of raw footage. Some are gems and some stuff's complete junk, but overall we have some decent shots from Stratton, Loon, and our day of gate training at WV. It was a tough year for filming...we either had low attendance or suffered from crappy weather and erratic snow conditions. On the rare occasion of epic snow, like the endless days of POW @ Sugarloaf in February, I was so stoked on riding that I left the camera at home. Anywhoo, this thing will eventually get made so stay tuned....

I know it's all a moot point, but some guy just posted up on T4T that he hiked Cannon today...he's reporting 2 feet of dense fresh with 3 - 4 foot drifts!!!! I feel dirty rooting for Montreal tonight, but it would be great for the Bruins to get home ice for the next series!!

Since Boyne owns Tux, I heard rumors that they're gonna take the Spillway double from Sugarloaf & replace that with a fixed grip quad. Then there are plans to recycle that double chair for a lift up Left Gully. I've been searching on www.sugarloaftoday.com but can't find any leads. I just wish they'd put a lift up the Sherburne Trail. The hike up to Hojos is the one that tires me out. When I'm up in the bowl...it's all adrenaline. I never ride the lift while up there. I like earning my turns.

We had plans to hit Tux, but a few of us were running on fumes at the end of the season and are pretty banged up. If my body heals up, I might shoot up in another month or so. I went up twice last June and there was still great peel-away corn on Sluice. With all the Nor'Easters this winter, the place to be this spring is on the west side. Great stoke in the TR's on T4T and FIS. Once Gleb recovers from 4/20 I hope to get his HD clips from Stratton so I can come up with another T32 redneck carving flick. Rumor has it that JD was spinning 360's like a punk ass park monkey in the X-Games. Until then...grow those beards....it's playoff hockey!!! Tuuuuuuuukaaaaaa!!!! Tuuuuuuuukkaaaaaaa!!! Hey weather....GFY!!! You snowed more today than you have for the past 2 months combined. I got a full 1/2" at my place. Sugarloaf is claiming they might pick up 6" over the weekend. WTF!!!!! Nice summary guy!! Actually the chicken salad quote was good, but the one that got me all fkn fired up was.."hey is that McChatta in the red/grey jacket, we can't tell the difference??" A week later I got my black uni and had something to prove!! Can't believe we started off the season way back on Nov 7th at BW and then 2 weeks later hiking the pow at Cannon. Our parking lot apres shenanigans were pretty epic!! We had such high hopes, but then the weather went to hell. Our team issues this year can solely be blamed on the weather, poor snow quality, and horrible grooming at Loon. There's nothing wrong with road games especially when it's @ The HPL/Sugarloaf. Stevo +1 on Polaris. That guy gets the T32 Best All-Round Rider Award. It doesn't matter how steep, how narrow, or how shiitty the conditions are...he still rips it on any size board. Also, after spending a weekend with Laurel, I have a whole new appreciation for the challenges that hunters experience when alone in the woods.
