Hey George, good seeing you up there. Sorry I could not share some runs with you. As it turns out on the first run of competition (California Fire-Police Winter Olympics) I blew out the left ankle. Freak washout on toe side on an icy patch got me. I limped thru that day and the following day for GS and Super G but had to pull the plug after that as it was just to weak and I had no toe side control/leverage. On the brighter side I took home two Gold Medals for those events. I am back up in March and also hope to make the session as well. FYi my latest jones is for a Kessler with a race plate. You ridden a plated board yet? It would be a hell of a big purchase though as board alone in $1500 and surely well over $2100 when all said and done...Yikes! We shall see.

What's up brother, so a couple things, first I owe you some money from the June Mountain session last season. Secondly, what do you think of organizing a covert tailgating get together at Mammoth. The Stump Alley lot perhaps?

I am up at Mammoth currently and bumped into Andre and met JP the same day. Amazing conditions!

My first trip up is January 12th for 4 nights. I am jonesin pretty good right now as it sounds like it is pretty good up having a decent base and then another foot the other day overnight. I was all set to do a banzai run and then opted for the overtime work instead to help pay for my chilly habit. I then have a trip in Feb for 5 nights and another in March for 4 nights. I will of course try to get up there for some quick trips also. I really need to get a freeride powder board. My previous has blown and edge so I am completely without. I need a super tanker wide or maybe a custom donek I can wear hardboots on.

Wanted to congratulate you on your member photo (the one where you are spraying snow), as good a picture as I have seen on here!!!

Hey Rolf, saw you were selling your longboard Donek, bitter sweet decision I am sure. Anyhow just saying hello, hope all is well with you and yours. Maybe we will bump into each other at Mammoth this year. I was very bummed to hear they closed June after you introduced me to Gunsmoke last year, I was gonna make it my go to spot. 2013/2014 here we come!

What's up George, hey I am headed up tomorrow to get some turns in. Not sure if I will make the carving bonanza at June saturday though as it may be raining. Also not sure if you are an MVP member but Saturday they are doing early ups for MVP holders. In other words only MVP holders will be allowed to ride from 730 to 830 Saturday morning!
