I bought it used and I have not tried it, BUT I completely disassembled it and cleaned it and throughly inspected it. There is no crack of any sort nowhere to be found. If you'd like I can take more detailed pix tonight; regardless you're first in line. I would suspect it could fit in a medium/large flatrate box. If so expect S&H to be at most 15 bucks. Otherwise, I'll wrap it, weight it and let you know...

I bought one of the Vist plates that is for sale in the classified () to mount on my Prior WCR Metal. The board doesn't have the 2 center inserts so I was wondering what would the pros suggest to do it to add the two holes. It looks like one of the alternatives is to just drill the holes using the plate as template and use 2 wood screws with some wood glue. Anything else?

You guys got me into this all carving thinghy that I ended up having withdraws in the summer... I ended up buying one of these to fill the vacuum... :eplus2::eplus2: Rob was kind enough to drive it home... I'm guess he was really upset he had to do it, so to force him, I had to kidnap his hat...

Well... Kinda look like it, but not quite... Different flex pattern and sole... The Raichle are pure alpine boots, not ski boots. They are one of the top brand. Here's some reading so you can get some education on the topic of carving gears: http://www.alpinecarving.com/
