18cm overnight 2 days ago but with the wind some slopes felt like a foot of powder, it was a treat. Yesterday sunny and warm with great grooming on a lot of slopes and soft cords. Yum. However some of the steeper runs were not groomed. and it's March break and very crowded by ten and bumpy after that.

Ride as you drive, as if some idiot is going to blow a red light or a stop sign and hopefully you won't be the one getting t-boned.

What's the range on the flat? Sounds awesome for sending kids to high school instead of taking the bus.

Great riding! Those darn straight liners!

Merci d'avance!

Redia, peux tu l'envoyer en Ontario? Sinon je serai à Tremblant mi Mars.

The two events unfortunately always are at the same time (last weekend in January).

Less than a week to go before I join the club

Going back to skiboard bindings, can you put them on a skwal?

2 weeks ago was decent though few not many runs open and a few rocks, last week not bad, and today I left after three runs , rocks all over the bowl., esp since I'll be at SOS next Friday.

How's MSLM?
Local hill (Brimacombe) was terrible today, hard and glaring ice spots at times and lots of rocks.
Considering going up to MSLM tomorrow if good conditions.
Thanks

Keep hanging out at MSLM, lots of carvers there, ask questions.
Join us at Osler on Friday Jan 30th. Even more carvers there. Much better than youtube!

Thanks for the update lowrider, was going to head out to Brimacombe tomorrow but sounds like I will hold off

Add Hola app to either your phone or your chrome browser, makes it look like you're a Canuck

CBC has an awesome Android app for the Olympics (and presumably for iphone also).
Very well thought out with schedules, alarm for your phone for various events, videos, news etc...

Disclaimer: I know next to nothing about waxing and whether it's really important for a freecarver.
I always wonder about how important it is to wax the whole board. I noticed the wax job always seems to last for ever in the main body of the board but goes white really quickly along the 1 inch margin from the edges.
My idea is I only really need to pay attention to the 1-1.5 inch margin along the edge since that's where I spend >90% of my time when moving.
Also does PTex really 'burn'? Or are you just seeing the wax 'burn' going white?
I'm just lazy...

Lol you're welcome. Happy reading!
