  1. 18cm overnight 2 days ago but with the wind some slopes felt like a foot of powder, it was a treat. Yesterday sunny and warm with great grooming on a lot of slopes and soft cords. Yum. However some of the steeper runs were not groomed. and it's March break and very crowded by ten and bumpy after that.

    Je serais à Tremblant mi Mars pour le March Break ontarien avec la famille (donc rester juste à Tremblant).

    La dernière fois c'était il y a plus de 20 ans!

    Avez vous des conseils pour les meilleurs pentes pour le carving, surtout EC?

  3. Disclaimer: I know next to nothing about waxing and whether it's really important for a freecarver.

    I always wonder about how important it is to wax the whole board. I noticed the wax job always seems to last for ever in the main body of the board but goes white really quickly along the 1 inch margin from the edges.

    My idea is I only really need to pay attention to the 1-1.5 inch margin along the edge since that's where I spend >90% of my time when moving.

    Also does PTex really 'burn'? Or are you just seeing the wax 'burn' going white?

    I'm just lazy...
