What are the Vist plates? Are they a binding riser? Thanks

I have a Donek custom 205 that I bought last season on Bomberonline, with the hopes I could freeride it big mountain style. I ride a 195 Big Gun Glissade and a Skunk Ape 190 now, but this is just too skinny and it submarines in the pow. (I'm sure the fact that I am 6'2 and 240 has nothing to do with it) I just wanted to see if there is anyone interested in a trade? (Step in plates? Tanker 200cm -ish) or cash? Board is in great shape with one small mark on the base. I can send pics if your interested.
