Yeah, the guy at the store had this junky plastic metric tape that was all distorted. I bought the board. The real measurements appear to be Tip-25.4, Waist-19, Tail-24.4

Thanks for all of the info. Any idea on the year for a green/black one?! I'd like to use the info to get the best deal possible. The guy wants $200...but he just buys all this stuff in bulk and doesn't know what it is... Took some measurements. It has a 19.5 waist, 25.5 tip, and 22.6 tail. That progressive sidecut makes more sense now...I was curious about why the tip and tail dim's were so different. No, they don't have a 171. Only 1 carving board out of approx 2000 boards new/used.

Anyone have any experience with this board or know any specs on it? Know the year? It's green/black. Found a brand new one at a discount ski surplus place today. Did a search on here and on the net, but couldn't find much.

Anyone happen to know this for 07/08 . . . or any other year for that matter. Found all the other specs for the board.

Thanks for all of the good input. The effective edge length is very close 148 (172 AM) vs 147 (166 GTS). I thought the difference in SCR would be enough, but I do want something significantly different and tight turning, so leaning toward the 163...

Anyone have a good condition used one they're willing to sell?

Anyone tried the RS? I did a search, but didn't turn up anything (search didn't seem to recognize the "rs" part). I do mostly freecarving...

Pretty much decided to pick up an F2 Speedster GTS. Want a slalomish carving board for playing around on, making tight turns, steep-narrow-bumpy-crowded slopes, (here out west) etc. I'm vascillating on the length, 166 (9.8m SCR) or 163 (9.5m SCR). Been riding a Burton Ultra Prime 168 that I do OK on. Intermediate level. Have a Coiler 172AM (12m SCR) on order for more general riding. I'm 5'10 170-175 lbs. Any advice?

Which ones are they? Plain, or do they have the degrees labeled on them? Thanks.

What size are the shells? Don't they go from 26.0-26.9?
