  1. Thanks for getting those race plate bindings to Brian Ohare, there is a new "alpineboarder" in the world as of yesterday, with some older boots an a burton r17,  he is totally absorbed with alpineboards now.  After short time he had his toe side very good, to the point of nailing it at the edge of trails.  After a couple hrs of working on his heelside,  he got it down , with out skidding out at 6 oclock,   drawing  a good line , looking forward and arms in front,  still needs work on heel,  but he did get it done and looked good and smooth doing it.   He is already thinking of new equipment.   This was his first day, and it will  not take him long to get up to speed.   rob

Awesome, thanks for letting me know!

  2. Added more info from todays MK ride,  wow , the bd has tons of energy while riding in normal mode. More than I have ever seen in a board.

  3. are you getting an MK?   very firm flex, this is going to be a very responsive quick reflex board.  Very aggressive front decamber initiation= sharp carve ability.

Thanks for reaching out Rob.  I spend a lot of time at Pats Peak.  My wife and I have two kids(10 & 8) and we buy season passes there because it's close and cheap.  We are there every Friday night and most weekends.  I get to Loon, Sunapee, Waterville, mount Snow, and Jay Peak one or two times a season.  The next time I go to Loon I will reach out to you.

  5. Hi Steph, I was talking to a gal named Peggy today at Loon. She is a regular there. She was asking questions about my hardboots and seemed very interested. I gave her a brief description. But I think she might need a woman to woman interaction. I told her to sign in on bomber and talk to you or Michelle. Does this sound ok with you? thank you, Rob

  6. Welcome Trey, from Robert

  7. Hi ljw2602, I may be able to help, I am in Plymouth Nh and am operating a alpineboard manufactering shop. I also have a limited amount of gear, so I would need to know your foot size. Robert at 603-786-9903 land line

  8. Hi nerb, I ride at loon mon thru fri, if you need a bit of beginners help so as not to launch yourself into a tree. I did a full season on soft before going to hardboots, carving at the end of the season with the softs. You should be able to maneuver/ skid steer as a back up when not carving. Start with laying a carve in a wide open area w/o any one around, lock in and go right back up the hill. do not hit anyone. Practice this on both sides. Then try it in different areas of the slope, after awhile you will be sewing up the whole run., good luck Rob

  9. Let me know about friday on thursday night, I will plan for it, Rob
