Stainless M5 bolts 92290A242
https://www.mcmaster.com/catalog/126/3303
Be careful with the M5 bolts as it is easy to overtighten as compared to a phillips head screw. Just snug them up then check after the first day of riding. I put a wrap of pipe (teflon) tape on the bolt threads for added security and ease of extraction.

What you describing sounds like Nordica SBH alpine boots from the 90’s. You might post in The “Wanted” section. Also try the search function in this forum.

Driving to CO or flying? I-70 westbound out of Denver on Saturday a.m. or eastbound on any Sunday p.m. could be a concern.

If using stainless metric head bolts in the heel, be careful not to over tighten. Check for tightness after your first day or two of riding just to be sure.

From https://upzboots.com/faqs/#1454489871934-b7f58d4d-f7b2
"UPZ Flo Liners can be molded using 2 methods:
Self-Mold – this means that the flo in the liner will mold to your foot just by riding in the boots. After a day on the slope the flo will mold to your foot shape.
Custom Heat Mold – this means that the inside portion of the flo liner can be heated using a system like Salomon Heat Sticks.
NB: UPZ Flo Liners must not be placed in an oven at anytime. The outside material of the liner is not made for direct heat from any type of oven. A heat stick system is the only correct type of heating."

Bontex insole shims can help take up some volume after your liners begin to pack out

With two boards, I have been able to mount two sets of bindings on the top board. You may only be able to use one screw per binding but this will work for travel.
-
Center disc cover as well?
-
Strap or somehow bind them together. I use 4 Velcro strips to secure multiple boards in a Sportube.

I have a Coiler AMT-XT P-Tex top built for 210 lbs.

Try wearing your boots at home for a half hour to see if this could be a circulation problem. When I tried this, my feet were starting to go numb in deluxe boots with a thermo liners. Remolding using the next clasp (tighter) helped.
The next season, my feet became happier in UPZ's with Palau liners and Hotronic heaters for sub-zero f riding.

Thanks Patrick!
I’m working on some product improvements for the 2020 production run and will explore making an XLong to solve for our alpine board brethren.
