bumpyride
Just read this and thought it should be passed on. Careful with these first generation INTECs. The first generation had smaller pins/holes on the heels. I bought a pair used and had to email and call Austria about 2 dozen times to get a set of new generation heel receivers. Once converted, the bindings are great. Just make sure you either have old style heels on your boots, or have access to some new heel receivers. bumpyride
Make sure you know which intec heels you have. I don't have a use for these because they don't fit my burton boards. Check the other thread for info on them.
retronaut
could a drill do the trick?
bumpyride
Hi, Ask cfj04 about the mods. He has done a pair. I wouldn't want to tell you exactly unless I knew for sure. There was another post for the bindings just a couple of threads down that has all that info. Thanks Fischer
cfj04
I used a drill and it was fine. Use another heel piece as a template because the hole is slightly elongated versus round. Ideally you want to drill towards the front in order to maintain a solid rear section - make sense? Start small and increase bit size as needed and have a file for the burrs
