Exercises/stretching to get ready for season?

I've been keeping in pretty good shape this summer (3 nights a week of ultimate frisbee, which is very leg-intensive, plus some mountain biking).

However, I don't *ever* stretch, nor do anything specifically to prepare for the season.

Any recommendations on specific stretches (or exercises) to prepare? I know one of the things I need to work on is just getting my knees bent more, so whatever might help with that...

However, he's only got 2 stretches listed (looks like perhaps he meant to finish it up later but never did so).

Yes, page looks somewhat unfinished, but if you select some available stretch, then on bottom of page there are exercises for separate body parts and in total 6 stretches. Only missing seem to be groins and cat/camel.
