Help with first time set up.

Stats:

Height 6'3"

Weights 260lbs

Skill intermediate 

Age over 50

Boot size 29.5/ 30 mondo

I would like a set up for all mountain use from powder to groomed and every thing in between, that I don't boot out in. I looked into getting a wide board made at Donek for soft boots and "duck stance". Something 3-4 cm wider that what Ryan (boot size 8.5) rides due to our diffrences in boot size.  Due to manufacturer limitations cannot be built. 

So, let go with a all mountain hard boot set up. I have not ridden hardboot for 20+ years. So, I know nothing except I would like step on bindings and a set up for all conditions to start with. Thanks in advance ☺
