arcing Posted November 22, 2023 Report Share Posted November 22, 2023 Howdy PNW. My name is Gene and I ride a small mountain called the Loup Loup Ski Bowl in north central WA. We are putting on an alpine race the weekend on Feb 3/4th. We are still working out the details, but the initial plan is to run a GS on Saturday and either as parallel SL or a straight SL on Sunday. We have a killer run that has a great pitch and width and has good views. Starting to get the word out and will be putting out a flyer from our mountain here soon. arcing Posted January 3 Author Report Share Posted January 3 Unfortunately, we could not pull the race together this year. Turns out getting insurance for an event is much harder than we thought. We are committed to getting a race going and will be looking at getting things sorted out for next year.
