I've been trying to get a hold of Prior snowboards for a while but can't get anyone. Anyone here knows if something is going on at Prior or know anyone working there? I know they usually close during summer time but we are still away from that date. Their last social media posts dates mid April. Long story short, I ordered my board in May 2021, board came in November but was build with the wrong Camber. Agreement was to give me the new board in Feb as I was in Whistler. Board was not ready and since then because of shortage in epoxy hardener and it was taking longer than expected to get it. Board was cut and waiting to be pressed. Late March they had a problem with the top sheet and had to order a new one from the artist. Since April it's radio silence. I have talked to a few people that are in a similar situation...
