If you are planning to spend time in the Laurentians you should definitely go try Mont Blanc in St-Faustin Lac-Carré. It's a really nice place for carving: trails are wide and grooming is always good. If you want to travel a bit further north of Quebec Le Massif in Charlevoix is also an amazing place to ride.
