jburk Posted January 3, 2018 Report Share Posted January 3, 2018 Had a minor issue with my RC10 boots that was getting to be less minor as time went on, so I sent Dan an email inquiring about whether it was a common occurrence. He replied back promptly considering it was over the XMas break, we talked on the phone the next day, and he helped me find a resolution. Parts arrived in the mail today, Excellent customer service, couldn't be happier.
