morganmachen
I would imagine hardbooting tends to attract Type A's, what with all the opportunities to obsess over ****. I tried riding with my lowest buckles undone yesterday and it seemed to be fine. The Powerstep insoles I placed in the boot, under the liner are pretty thick. Maybe I'll try some thin Superfeet. Thanks for weighing in!
bigdyno
I usually will unbuckle for the first couple of rides, but then they stay done up for the rest of the day as my feet don't hurt anymore once the numbness sets in. I moved to a pair of ski boots this year and after hours of fitting I am having the same discomfort issues in the toe box, but my heel is way more solid now. I may never go back to step ins, sigh…..
